Newsweek recognizes Toshiba America Business Solutions’ continuing drive for innovation by featuring the tech company’s Encompass Managed Print Services (MPS) offering on its Best Business Tools 2019 list.

Toshiba’s industry-acclaimed Encompass Managed Print Services program enables consultants from Toshiba and its resellers to quickly and accurately analyze both the cost and eco-impact of operating a client’s copier and printer fleet and identifies the potential document and device security vulnerabilities. The Encompass cloud-based analytical tool enables Toshiba consultants to design a printer and copier implementation that best utilizes current assets, identifies products for removal, relocation or replacement. Additionally, Toshiba consultants use Encompass to identify workflow improvement and print reduction opportunities.

“If you're in business, you know how crucial tech tools are to your success,” said Newsweek Global Editor in Chief Nancy Cooper. “We wanted to provide our readers with an authoritative list of America's Best Business Tools. Our research, in partnership with Statista Inc., enabled us to name the top providers of business software and software services in 54 categories—and you can be sure that any tool on this list is an outstanding product. I'm delighted to say that Toshiba was recognized as a Best Business Tool in the category of managed print services.”

Newsweek’s Best Business Tools rankings are based on a nationwide survey of more than 10,000 professional software users and software service providers. The Newsweek Best Business Tools list is further determined by evaluating more than 1,500 Gen Z users completing the survey. Young entrepreneurs from business schools across the United States also took part in the online voting.

“Toshiba is pleased to receive recognition for our Encompass Managed Print Services program from Newsweek,” said Toshiba America Business Solutions Chief Marketing Executive Bill Melo. “We continually strive to improve the user experience for each of our clients and reseller partners while helping to ensure that each can operate more securely, efficiently, affordably and sustainably. This mindset was front and center when developing Encompass.”
