IRVINE, Calif. (Sept. 22, 2014) —Toshiba America Business Solutions today announces it has been recognized as the “Best-in-Class” multifunction product (MFP) manufacturer in the 29th Annual Dealer Survey Awards conducted and presented by THE CANNATA REPORT, a leading domestic and international management media resource for the office products and workflow solutions industry. Toshiba receives this honor for providing exceptional levels of service and support to independent office equipment dealers that sell its products.

“Toshiba enjoys one of the strongest relationships with the independent dealer channel of all the major manufacturers. In our annual dealer survey which determines “Best-in-Class Manufacturer,” Toshiba is always at or near the top,” said THE CANNATA REPORT President and Editor-in-Chief/Publisher, Frank G. Cannata. “We seldom, if ever, receive negative comments from dealers about this company. It has become a very dominant part of its corporate culture. I guess you can say it is imbedded into their DNA.”

“We are again honored to be recognized as “Best-in-Class” Manufacturer in THE CANNATA REPORT’s Annual Dealer Survey and most important, by those who are representing us on a daily basis,” said Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, Scott Maccabe. “While the recognition is in our name, receiving this honor is clearly the result of the diligent day-to-day efforts of our highly-accomplished dealers and consummate team of sales, marketing, service and training professionals.”

THE CANNATA REPORT Dealer Survey Awards are presented based on input from independent office technology dealers representing all multifunction product vendors throughout every region of the country. Participating dealers were asked to rank their primary and secondary vendors in four key performance categories: corporate support, distribution, product line and inventory. The Awards are presented live at THE CANNATA REPORT’s Annual Awards and Charities Dinner, also in its 29th year. Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. Vice President of Sales Americas, Larry White accepted the award on behalf of his company — surrounded by industry heavyweights and decision makers across the manufacturing, independent dealer, service and solution provider sectors of the industry — at the THE CANNATA REPORT’s 2014 Annual Awards and Charities Dinner, officially sponsored by MWA Intelligence, Inc. and Graphtec Digital Solutions, Inc. last Thursday, Sept. 18 at Meadow Wood Manor in Randolph, N.J.
