Bay Copy names Paul DeSousa Document Management Consultant

Bay Copy (http://baycopy.com), a leading provider of workflow solutions including managed print services and related technology, today announced the appointment of Paul DeSousa of Bridgewater, MA to the position of Document Management Consultant.

In this capacity, he will work with the Bay Copy team including Sharon Mutrie, Barry Budwit and Carrie Boulay as the firm continues to expand its marketshare. DeSousa comes to Bay Copy from Walmart, where he spent six years in several key roles. Most recently, he was Regional Manager of Implementation and Supply Chain Manager, where his responsibilities included 78 stores throughout the region. Prior to that, he worked in sales in the automotive industry for eight years.

Bay Copy President Ray Belanger participates in Lexmark All-Dealer Conference at Fort Lauderdale, FL

Ray Belanger, CEO of Bay Copy (www.baycopy.com), a 44-year old document generation firm located in Rockland, MA, recently participated in an all-dealer conference of more than 270 Lexmark dealers from across the country.

The event, which drew industry peers from across the United States and Canada, was named “Focus Forward,” which discussed the future of Lexmark and its initiatives, including new software-driven solutions for businesses, introduction of new MFPs (multi-function printers), and a sizeable increase in the  number of dealers across the country. Belanger, whose company is a Lexmark dealer, also serves on the Business Solutions Dealer Advisory Board for Lexmark.

He said, “Having the chance to meet with more than 270 fellow dealers was a great experience, as it is each time we have a national meeting like this. We can all learn from each other, which is what makes these types of events so valuable.”
